Stay on top of upcoming bills.

A recurring view shows what is due, what is late, and what can wait. Pay on time instead of finding the charge after it posts.

How it works

Three steps. Then the list stays current.

  1. 01

    Add what you pay for

Paste a bank statement, or pick Netflix, Spotify, iCloud, and the rest from the catalog. Typical prices are filled in. You change the amount if your plan differs.

  2. 02

    Watch the next charges

The calendar and the upcoming list project monthly and yearly dates. Overdue, tomorrow, and later are labeled so a renewal is not a surprise.

  3. 03

    Cancel on their site

Each plan has the provider’s cancel steps and a link to their page. When you finish there, mark it cancelled in SubZero and it leaves your monthly total.

Autopilot

The charges that quietly add up.

Autopilot reads the plans you already saved. It does not guess a price hike. It only flags one when a previous amount is on the record.

Price went up

If the current amount is higher than the last one you saved, Autopilot shows the difference and what that costs over a year.

Trial about to bill

A trial that ends within seven days is called out before the first full charge.

Two plans, one job

Streaming plans in the same category are compared. The one you used most recently is kept as the suggestion to review, not an automatic cancel.

Sitting unused

No recorded use for a long stretch is flagged so you can pause or cancel before the next renewal.

Bring a statement. Or start from the catalog.

A pasted CSV or text export is scanned for merchants that repeat. Track one charge, or track all of them. The catalog covers the usual streaming, storage, and software plans when you do not have an export yet.

  • Repeating merchants become subscription candidates.
  • The amount and next date come from the statement, not a guess.
  • You can still edit the name, cycle, or card ending after it is saved.

Questions

Does SubZero cancel Netflix for me?
No. Only the company can stop the charge, and they require you to be signed in. SubZero opens their cancel page and the steps. After you finish, you mark the plan cancelled so it drops off your total.
Do I have to connect a bank?
No. You can paste a statement export or add plans from the catalog. There is no bank login in this app.
What does the free plan include?
Five subscriptions, the upcoming-bill list, the calendar, and each provider’s cancel page. Premium removes the five-plan cap. Premium+ is $15 a month and includes lowering a bill with no success fee.
When would I pay a fee to lower a bill?
On Premium, the fee is 40% of the first year you save, and only after a lower price is recorded. If the price does not drop, there is no fee. Premium+ has no success fee.
